We print in premium ABS or ASA on print profiles we tune in house. Parts can optionally be hand-finished until the surface reads like an injection molded part.

Materials

Premium ABS and ASA as standard: rigid, heat resistant and built to last. PA (nylon), PC and derivatives for heavy duty applications

Print quality

Calibrated machines and tuned profiles keep layer lines tight, seams hidden and color consistent across the whole run. Manual finishing makes the part look injection molded.

Assembly

Magnets, NFC/RFID tags, threaded inserts, screws and moving joints fitted in house. Electronics on request.
